I think everyone in ministry has weeks with so many things going on you feel like you are juggling chainsaws. You’re trying keep everything balanced without having a major accident, and every item on your list is Priority #1. It is an impossible situation, of course, but one we find ourselves facing on a regular basis. As you can probably guess, I am having one of those weeks, and perhaps you are, also.
Several times today I had to stop, take a deep breath and remind myself that God is ultimately in control, and all I can do is my best. We are responsible for FAITHFULNESS and God is responsible for RESULTS. That should take some of the pressure off!
