Becoming an ordained minister should not be some murky, subjective process. As an Overseer I see my role as recognizing and releasing those who feel a calling to serve God through the structure of this church organization. It is my hope that this simple document will demystify the process by setting clear expectations and metrics by which the candidate for ministry might judge their progress.
